Hostinger Black Friday 2026: the SONAR20 coupon takes another 20% off the campaign price

According to Hostinger, yes. On October 19, 2026, the company's official FAQ said the Black Friday promotion runs from October 19 to December 14, 2026, and on October 24, 2026, the global Black Friday page showed the same dates. If you are reading this later, check the current dates on Hostinger's site.

Hostinger's banners show a discount with “up to” in front of it. That is the top of the range, not the discount on every plan. The discount on each plan is on the pricing page for your region.

This article covers only the 2026 campaign. Earlier editions are left out: the sources we checked gave different dates and percentages, and none of them came from Hostinger itself.

The code comes on top of the campaign price. It takes 20% off the price the page shows, so it works on the campaign price, not on the regular one. In a test on October 29, 2026, on the global site in US dollars, the 48-month Startup plan went from US$383.52 to US$306.82 with SONAR20 in the cart: 20% off the campaign price. Compare the first-period total, and read the renewal next to it. Three rules decide the math:

• SONAR20 takes 20% off the price shown on the page, for the first period of the plan.
• It works on monthly and annual plans, for new and existing customers.
• The renewal price is the one Hostinger shows before checkout; we have not tested renewal with the code.

We read the prices in Brazil on October 19, 2026, and ran the test above on the global site on October 29, 2026. Prices differ by region and change during the campaign, so this article gives no other amounts. The way to know your price is to open the pricing page for your region, put the code in the cart and compare the first-period total with the renewal.

Where to enter the code, and what happens to the discount at renewal, is explained in Hostinger coupon SONAR20.

• Open Hostinger on this site's store page and copy the code SONAR20.
• In the cart, paste SONAR20 in the coupon field and see the 20% come off the campaign price.
• Compare the first-period total, not only the monthly price. The total shows the real difference.
• Check the renewal price before you finish. Hostinger shows it before payment, and it is not the campaign price.

Before you pay, the company's score and complaints are covered in Hostinger on Trustpilot: the score, the complaints and what 200 reviews show, and what the refund guarantee covers and what it leaves out is in Is Hostinger legit?.

If you need the site online this week, do not wait. The campaign is already running, and SONAR20 takes another 20% off its price.

If you can wait, know that the campaign runs until December 14, 2026, but no price is guaranteed until then. The code's 20% comes off the page price, so if the page price changes, the discount changes with it. Our reading: waiting only pays off if you expect the campaign price of your plan to drop, and Hostinger gives no schedule for that.

For most personal, business and WordPress sites, Hostinger's own FAQ points to the Premium plan. The page calls the Single plan ideal for people starting out or with simple projects. For VPS we have no comparison: we did not check the VPS price with or without SONAR20.

Current customers are in a different situation. Hostinger's FAQ says existing customers may get separate upgrade and cross-sell offers. SONAR20 also works for existing customers on a new plan; we have not tested renewal with the code. Bruno, who runs this site, has been a Hostinger customer since 2024. His plans are Business web hosting, a KVM 2 VPS, email and domains, all on automatic renewal. Em Casa com Cecília runs on Hostinger.

This article uses the code SONAR20 and Hostinger's link. Hostinger is the company that hosts the Em Casa com Cecília site. Purchases with the code or through the link may earn Bruno a commission, at no extra cost to you. The campaign dates and the FAQ text were read on October 19, 2026, and the dates were checked again on the global Black Friday page on October 24, 2026. The code test was run on October 29, 2026. The only prices we read were on Hostinger's public page for Brazil, on October 19, without login or cart, and they are not in this text because they do not apply to other regions. Campaigns and prices change, so check the cart before you pay.
